You may use the site for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• try to disrupt the site, get unauthorised access to it, or test its security without our written permission;
• copy or collect its content in bulk by automated means;
• submit false information, or someone else’s details without their permission, through our forms.

Our articles, examples and figures are general information. They are not professional, legal, financial or tax advice for your situation. Product demonstrations on the site and on our live demo use synthetic data.

Each engagement is priced in a written proposal. An engagement starts only when you accept that proposal, and its terms (scope, fee, payment and refunds) apply to it. Our Refund Policy explains how refunds work.

The content and design of the site, including text, images, recordings and the Clartelia name and wordmark, belong to Clartelia or are used with permission. You may link to the site and quote short passages with credit to Clartelia. Any other reproduction needs our written permission.

The site links to sites we do not control, such as social networks. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

You receive the Clartelia Brief only after you confirm your subscription, and every issue has an unsubscribe link. How we handle your email address is set out in our Privacy Policy.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or always available.

To the extent the law allows, Clartelia is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This does not take away any protection that the law of the country where you live gives you and that cannot be excluded by contract.
