Privacy Policy
Last updated 16 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use clartelia.com, why we collect it, who receives it, and the rights you have over it. We collect as little as we can, and we never sell it.
1. Who we are
Clartelia LLC (“Clartelia”, “we”) runs clartelia.com and is responsible for the personal data described here. Our address is 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. You can reach us about anything in this policy at privacy@clartelia.com.
2. What we collect
- When you send us a request (for a diagnostic, a build or ongoing support): your name, your job title if you give it, your company, your email address and your answers to the questions on the form.
- When you subscribe to the Clartelia Brief: your email address, your consent, and the platform you came from when you followed one of our links (for example LinkedIn or YouTube).
- When you email us: your message and your contact details.
- When you visit the site: the technical data any website receives, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. Our hosting provider uses it to deliver the site and keep it secure.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your request and, if you want one, prepare a proposal. This is a step you asked us to take before any contract.
- To send you the newsletter you subscribed to, based on your consent. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
- To run the site, keep it secure and stop abuse of our forms. This is our legitimate interest.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you.
4. Cookies
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The site keeps one small note in your browser for the length of your visit, the platform link you arrived from, and it is cleared when you close the tab.
5. Who receives it
Only the service providers that help us run the business, each under a contract that limits what they may do with the data: website hosting, email delivery, the workspace where we manage requests, our newsletter platform and our business email provider. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers are based in the United States or the European Union, so your data may be processed outside your country. Where the law requires it, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep it
- Requests: as long as we need to answer them. If we work together, for the length of the engagement and then as long as accounting and legal obligations require.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Technical logs: for the short periods our hosting provider sets.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, for example under the GDPR in the European Union and the United Kingdom, Morocco’s law 09-08, or data protection laws in the Gulf and the United States, you can ask us to:
- show you the data we hold about you, or send you a copy;
- correct it or delete it;
- stop or limit how we use it;
- withdraw your consent at any time.
Write to privacy@clartelia.com and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
9. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and the tools that hold your data are limited to the people who need them to do their work.
10. Children
Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 16.
11. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you before it applies.
12. Contact
To use your rights of access, correction, deletion or objection, write to privacy@clartelia.com from the email address we hold for you. We answer within 30 days.
